30-Day Return Window You have 30 days from receipt of your item to request a return.
Eligibility Criteria For a return to be accepted, items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. When contacting us, include your order number and the reason for the return.

- Defective Products: You will receive a prepaid return shipping label for defective products.
- Customer Remorse: If the return is due to personal preference, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Return Costs:
- Defective Products: Contact us for repair or replacement assistance. If the issue cannot be resolved, a replacement will be sent.
- Customer Remorse: You can return the product within 30 days for a refund of the product price. Shipping costs are not refundable.
- Restocking Fee: There is no restocking fee.
- Exchanges: For exchanges, return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 2 business days. Allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 5 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, contact us at contact@puritywatertech.com.
Order Cancellation If your order is canceled due to unavailability or another reason, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
